Yes. In the Main Description of your Property, you may specify the kind of rental periods you're interested in: short term (less than a month), or long term (more than a month) and the minimum stay for each one, in days and months, respectively.
Yes, you do. They are separate properties, with different calendars, enquiries and descriptions.
1. Traveler finds your property on Viarentals.
2. Traveler sends you a booking enquiry with requested dates.
3. You respond promptly to the inquiry by phone or email, answering potential questions and confirming rates and availability.
4. Traveler decides to book your property.
5. You send him a Rental Agreement and payment schedule. Also ask your future guest to pay a reservation deposit via credit card or check via mail (within 5 days of the booking date)
7. Guest signs and faxes (or mails back) the Rental Agreement with deposit payment.
8. You email your guest a confirmation that you have received the fax or mail and payment.
9. Update your viarentals calendar with your new booking.
10. You request the balance due and email a confirmation to your guest upon reception of the payment. You may also ask him for a security deposit that will be refunded upon departure.
12. Send your guest directions and key pickup instructions.
13. Guest enjoys his stay.
