Viarentals helps you find property rentals all over the world and get in touch with their owners.

Yes it's free. We do not take any commissions or fees from renters.

1. Use our search engine to find the rental you need.

2. Send a booking enquiry to the owner with your requested dates, asking any questions you might have.

3. The owner responds to your inquiry by phone or email, answering your questions and confirming rates and availability. You let him know of your decision to book his property.

4. Owner sends you a Rental Agreement and payment schedule. You sign and fax (or mail) the Rental Agreement along with your deposit payment. The owner will confirm reception and send you a payment confirmation with directions and key pickup instructions.

5. You arrange the security deposit and balance's payment with the owner.

6. Enjoy your stay.

7. Owner returns your security deposit and asks you to leave a review of his place on Viarentals.

We offer property rentals of all types, from classic apartments or villas to boats, castles or trailers.

Real estate agencies take commissions while viarentals doesn't which means that renting directly from owners through our website is very likely to be cheaper for you.

Yes, they are. Owners are not allowed to modify or remove the reviews written by former renters. It is their opinions, unaltered.

Viarentals doesn't own the properties. Please use the contact form on the property's listing page (by clicking the "Contact the owner" button) to ask your questions directly to the owner. He will get back to you by email or phone.

All listing pages are reviewed by our quality control team before going online and reading renters reviews can also provide helpful insight about a given property.

We strongly discourage owners from making inaccurate descriptions of their properties and our Terms & Conditions specify that such listing pages can be removed without warning or refund.

Don't worry though, owners have no incentive to post inaccurate listing pages. They would very quickly be out of business if they did (thanks to reviews and company policy).

Yes, we do. Every listing page is periodically reviewed by our quality control team.
We also pay a lot of attention to renters feedback (through our contact form) and reviews.

The best protections remains to discuss with the owner by email or phone and make sure he sends you a proper Rental Agreement before paying anything.
