Please note that the flat (with windows and mosquito nets) is a semi-basement apartment with two small rooms (small but comfortable). Sleep up to four people (one double bed and two bunk beds). Front door entrance with steps (steps outside and two inside the flat). No view of the beach. Bright, fresh, modern, comfortable, quiet, in good condition, well equipped. The flat has all you need to make your stay more comfortable. Fenced property. Accommodation suitable for young children. Outdoor brick barbecue, washing machine, garden and car park shared with the owners. - N.B. Owners do not live in the property. Ideally located. All facilities near the property. Within walking distance of all restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, tobacconists, news kiosks, barber shops, etc. (approx 400 metres from the flat, approx 10-15 minutes). Very peaceful neighbourhood, far from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Near San Teodoro (approx 16 min), Olbia (approx 37 min), Nuoro (approx 40 min).
