Posada Del Rey is a charming 1 bdrm apartment in the upscale, safe, and exclusive area of Paitilla. Just up the street from the biggest, most modern Multicentro Mall (movie theatres with reclining seats and waiters..can you believe it? , restaurants, shops etc) and walking distance to many of Panama’s great restaurants, pubs, taverns, casinos, banking and commercial area etc (most within 5 min walk).Outstanding views of Balboa Bay and city!!
Especially now, the new cinta costera is open, so the views are spectacular. More green spaces, parks, palms and a lovely walking/jogging trail along the bay.., 2 min walk from the condo. I am so impressed with Panama.. this new Ave. Balboa has been completed ahead ofschedule and we are thrilled with the functionality, better traffic flow, and of course, the more lovely view from the apartments..
Last year, I completed a major renovation including the addition of a balcony.. New furnishings, plasma tv, extra tv in master. A/C in each room, walk in closet, very spacious. Brand new tiled floor, new shower etc. This was a labour of love.., a lot of hard work, it's my favourite apartment because of this (and of course, the balcony!!)
My clients and renters have really enjoyed this apartment and I have many repeat guests. The location is really perfect, which you can see in detail on my website via google satellite or google map.
The complex has a lovely social area with sweeping bay views, a large pool pool. 1 secured parking space, 24 hour security, and really helpful and friendly staff.
The cable tv has extra English and movie channels and there is a computer/printer as well as wireless internet if you bring your laptop.
Master Bedroom –King bed, ocean views, Computer/printer. Air conditioning.
Kitchen – Fully equipped. Fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, all plates, cutlery, pots/pans etc.

Airport pickup is easily arranged.
My driver will receive you at the airport and bring you right to the apartment and check you in.
