New Lisbon House rental - Overview

I lived on this property since I was a young child. My grandmother bought this land in 1965 witha an old stucco house on it which we lived in until 1974 when she built this home. The land was originally on 40 acres but my grandfather and grandmother (Wahneeta) subdivided it until the home now sits on 3 1/2 acres. The streets are still all gravel and are owned by the people who live in the sub division and not the township which means golf carts and ATV's can be used. The streets were all named with names that begin with a (W) by my grandfather in honor of my grandmother. The house is on the largest parcel of land in the subdivision and is very private complete with woods walking paths and a secluded campfire site. It has a garden we plant in the summer and wildlife which comes by to drink in the pond out front. The house has been remodled about 5 years ago.
We created this place to be as fully furnished as possible with everything you need except food and clothing. It is the lowest priced rental around castle rock lake with more room and amenities than most. It is walking distance to the lake taverns and establishments. There are boat landings less than 1/2 mile and the State Park is 5 miles down the road. Come and Relax!
